Overview

Job Title: BIM Manager Civil 3D (Infrastructure) | Location: Dubai (Airport Infrastructure Project) | Employment Type: Full-time long-term project assignment

Role overview: We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager with strong Autodesk Civil 3D expertise to lead BIM delivery for a major airport infrastructure project with a primary focus on grading roads and associated civil works (no building scope at this stage). The role is central to establishing, implementing and managing BIM processes for a new design-and-build contract in close coordination with the main contractor and end client.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the BIM scope for airport-related civil infrastructure (grading roads, utilities and associated works) using Civil 3D as the core platform.
