Role Overview  
We are seeking a skilled BIM Engineer / BIM Specialist – IBMS & Security Systems  with 5–10 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination for building infrastructure projects. The candidate should possess strong expertise in Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS)  and Electronic Security Systems , supporting both domestic and international (GDC) projects. 
Key Responsibilities  
Develop and manage BIM models for IBMS and Security Systems using Revit and related BIM platforms. 
Prepare detailed design drawings, layouts, schematics, and coordinated BIM models.
