About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between clients and the Finance Department for billing-related inquiries.
  • Pull and distribute invoices and account statements as requested.
  • Respond to client questions related to their invoices and elevate complex issues when needed.
  • Manage website pop-ups and mass communications for past due accounts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, to support other members of the Implementation Team.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable working across client-facing and operational/system‑based tasks.
  • Flexible, self‑directed worker with the ability to follow processes and elevate appropriately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook, with elevated Excel knowledge preferred.
