Business Performance and Management
Ensure all billing payment processes are timely executed with nil backlog

• Support in delivering the Departments annual budget and targets.
• Continuously provide feedback in improving work flow and report generation via system enhancement.
• Ensure all legal invoices are correctly billed with the effective use of JURIS / FinnOne / Collection system
• Ensure all TAT and KPIs are met
• Compile and continuously improve daily, weekly and monthly tracking report
• Ensure all legal billings are thoroughly check to avoid erroneous /duplication of bills and double payments to Business Partners.
• Follow up closely on the refund of Court Deposit on monthly basis.
• Assist, support and perform any ad-hoc projects assigned by Managers / Head of Department
