Bilingual Travel Reservations Agent (Hybrid)

Link-Worldwide is looking for a Reservations Service Agent to manage inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires expertise in travel reservations and a strong command of English, as assistance is provided in this language only.

The position starts onsite before transitioning to a hybrid model. Candidates must have at least 1 year of call center experience and ownership of their tasks during training and beyond.
