Bilingual School Paraprofessional

Assist Language Acquisition Specialist in providing for instructional and language acquisition needs of learners who are Limited English Proficient. Assist in the management of compliance paper work, LPAC meeting preparation, maintaining compliance documentation, and the instructional program as needed. Work under the general supervision of the campus principal and under the immediate direction of the certified Language Acquisition Specialist.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certification:

• High School Diploma or GED certificate
• Have met formal academic assessment, associate degree, two years of study at an institution of higher learning* or bachelor's degree

• Valid Texas Educational Aide Certificate-May be applied for once employed
