Bilingual Sales Representative (Remote - Mexico)

As a Sales Representative, you will handle incoming phone calls only (no cold calling) and assist customers in finding the used auto parts they need.
You will also respond to online inquiries through platforms such as Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and internal CRM tools.
