Role Description

The Bilingual Marketing Lead and Event Coordinator is a full-time, remote and on-site role based in the Greater Moncton Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events from concept to completion, including managing timelines, budgets, vendors, venues, and on-site logistics. The position also leads marketing initiatives, such as developing promotional plans, coordinating social media and email campaigns, and creating bilingual marketing content to drive event attendance and brand awareness. Day-to-day tasks include client communication, proposal and report preparation, event design support, coordination of suppliers and partners, and monitoring performance metrics for both events and marketing activities.
