Bilingual IT Helpdesk Engineer (L1)

NTT Limited is hiring an MS Engineer (L1) for Cyberjaya, Malaysia. This position requires fluency in Vietnamese and English, along with a diploma or degree in IT/Computer Science. The role involves responding to customer needs, providing technical support, and ensuring all inquiries are logged accurately.

The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in IT helpdesk or customer service, although fresh graduates are welcomed. The work model is hybrid, and relocation support for Vietnamese candidates outside Malaysia will be provided.
