What You'll Do

• Inbound Sales Support: Respond to inbound sales calls from our established customer base, providing product and pricing information, order status updates, and delivery confirmations.
• Order Processing & Delivery Coordination: Secure, renew, and arrange delivery of orders. Work closely with our machine shop and other facilities to manufacture and expedite orders.
• Order Entry & Follow‑Up: Enter orders and quotes accurately in a fast‑paced environment, perform quote follow‑ups and analyses, and ensure follow‑through with full ownership.
• Client Support: Offer both technical and non‑technical support regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of equipment to clients and staff.
• Comprehensive Training: Complete an extensive hands‑on training program with a focus on career growth and personal development.
