Bilingual Credit Analyst (Barranquilla)

Job Description

• Collect documentation from the client
• Upload provided docs from client to CRM
• Contact the client and request any missing docs
• Once file is approved, work on conditions with processor and client
• Submit conditions to the processor and supervise that file is complete for underwriting review
• Verify all information concerning the file
• Follow up with Processor/Appraisal desk/LO about file’s condition

Requirements

• Great customer service and supervising skills
• Detail oriented, very organized and experience managing people
• Fully bilingual English/Spanish, minimum level C1
• Computer literate, able to handle different online platforms
