Purpose

The Application Support team is responsible for providing production support and maintaining applications within Global Payments Technology that primarily services small business, commercial and corporate clients. Your role will support this vision by delivering technical support and solutions to meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide production support for assigned applications, including identifying, evaluating, escalating, and resolving problems while supporting team members.
  • Participate in a rotation to carry on‑call responsibilities approximately 50% of the time to ensure systems support is readily available.
  • Keep current on rapidly changing technological trends, document and self‑teach new technologies, and maintain an understanding of business and technology strategies.
