About the Role


Role Purpose:

To drive business growth in the defence sector by managing end-to-end bid processes, preparing techno-commercial proposals, and ensuring compliance with defence procurement norms. The role involves strategic engagement with stakeholders, financial evaluation of projects, and successful conversion of opportunities into orders.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Bid Management & Proposal Development

  • Lead end-to-end bid management activities for defence tenders (RFP/RFQ/RFI).
  • Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals in compliance with procurement guidelines.
  • Interpret tender requirements and coordinate with internal teams for accurate bid submissions.
  • Ensure timely submission of bids with complete documentation and adherence to deadlines.

2. Defence Procurement & Compliance
