Job Description

Role in leading the bidding team to produce quality submittals, in response to request for Tender (RFT/RFP/RFQ/RFI/TOR) which is > USD 500k – for SEA countries, Japan, South Korea & Pakistan not limited to individual countries but also Regional & Global bids request.

Responsibilities

Bid Pricing Management

• Compile the overall BOM from CTS/LTS/GS/Project Management & Procurement - ensuring cost accuracy & optimization.
• To propose the right sell price for submission based on pricing review with Product & Technical team while inline against sales strategies.
• To present overall submission & getting pricing approval from the management before proceed to releasing the price to sales.
• The one to translate the approved price to the client price submittal(format).
• Repricing of Bids.
• Pricing changes (Gain/Loss) analysis, cost changes & VCM analysis.
