Bid Manager

The successful candidate will take senior ownership of the full bid management lifecycle, from opportunity qualification and bid or no-bid decisions through to proposal planning, compliant submission, post-submission follow-up, and continuous improvement.

This is not a pure administration role. It requires someone who can influence senior stakeholders, shape win themes, coordinate multidisciplinary inputs, manage tight timelines, strengthen bid governance, and build better systems, templates, and processes for future submissions.

Profile for Success

• Demonstrated experience leading complex bid, proposal, or tender processes in a consulting, professional services, infrastructure, development, public-sector, or donor-funded environment.
• Evidence of senior bid ownership, including bid strategy, bid or no-bid decisions, proposal governance, review cycles, commercial risk input, and final submission accountability.
