This position is being created to add critical Bid Management resources to the Asia Pacific team, directly supporting the business objective of capitalizing on the booming FPSO market. As a Specialist in the Bid Management Single Shaft Compressors unit, this role is essential for achieving the strategic goal of securing two major project wins per year and supporting other regional markets. The role is structured around three core areas: Bid Strategy & Proposal Development, Commercial & Contract Management, and Stakeholder & Process Leadership. This framework ensures a comprehensive approach to managing the entire bid lifecycle, from initial opportunity analysis and strategic planning through to proposal submission, negotiation, and handover.
