Knowledgeable in Report Generation and Data Analysis, particularly in profiling, segmentation & CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

Guide users in data analysis, customer profiling, customer segmentation and measuring campaign effectiveness.

Analyze transaction data to gain insight in improving store traffic and customer loyalty.

Coordinate with teams on report production requirements and schedules, to be able to publish reports on a timely basis.

Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the process of building and optimizing dashboard performance

Lead the team of BI Developers and Data Analysts to deliver report requirements via T-SQL Extraction and Data Visualization tool
