Benefits Operations Lead – Group Insurance

We are partnering with a leading insurance firm seeking experienced talents across Senior Executive and Managerial levels to support and lead Employee Benefits / Group Insurance operations. What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and support end‑to‑end processing for New Business, Renewals, Endorsements, and Policy Servicing activities for Group Insurance portfolios
• Handle policy administration activities including billing, member movements, enrolments, terminations, and policy documentation
• Ensure accurate and timely processing in accordance with operational guidelines, turnaround times, and regulatory requirements
