Benefits Analyst | The Shyft Group, Inc. | Novi, MI Regular Employee | Salary Non-Exempt | What you’ll do:

The Benefits Analyst is responsible for analysis, administration, compliance, and overall support of various benefits programs and systems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

·Administer the company’s 401(k) plan(s), including administration, annual audit, nondiscrimination testing, vendor management, and data audits.

·Administer and support wellness and other benefits programs.

·Work with HR, employees, and vendors to answer questions and resolve issues.

·Support compliance activities related to federal, state, and local regulations, including ERISA, ACA, FMLA, COBRA, and HIPAA, and all required government filings.

·Maintain plan documents, Summary Plan Descriptions (SPD), and compliance reports. Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to applicable laws.
