Beneficiary Attendants

As a compassionate Beneficiary Attendant at CHSLD Wales, you will assist residents in their daily activities while respecting and encouraging their autonomy level as established in their care plan. You will use interpersonal skills and flexibility to provide a homelike environment alongside your team.
**We are currently unable to guarantee full-time hours and are recruiting for our recall list, which means part-time with schedules that vary based on operational needs.

• Diplôme d'études professionnelles (DEP) in Institutional and Home Care Assistance
• Good spoken English and French. This position requires English to meet residents' needs, who are primarily anglophone
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and Principes de déplacements sécuritaires des personnes (PDSP) training
• Relevant experience with seniors
