Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, polished and efficient welcome and farewell, ensuring a smooth first and last impression of the hotel.
• Safely and efficiently manage guest luggage with care, discretion and attention to detail.
• Accompany guests to and from rooms, providing a personalized introduction to the property and room features.
• Support guests with directions, enquiries and general hotel information in a professional and friendly manner.
• Liaise with valet and transportation services to ensure seamless arrivals, departures and transfers.
