Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Adhere to all rules and regulations as per service standards policies and procedures.
• Be fully aware of the hotel’s emergency procedures.
• Maintain grooming policy, proper body language and professional appearance.
• Have in-depth knowledge of hotel products to identify and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Treat internal and external customers fairly, developing and maintaining positive working relationships.
• Engage with guests and encourage feedback on their stay.
• Meet and greet guests upon arrival at the Porte Cochere.
• Handle incoming and outgoing guest luggage, storing it on appropriate shelves.
• Ensure the correct number of luggage items are correctly placed into the vehicle before guest departure.
