About the role

National Grid's Electricity Transmission System is undergoing a major upgrade to meet changing generation and demand requirements as part of the UK's journey to net zero. We have established a working partnership with 7 delivery partners to carry out these major upgrade projects and we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Behavioural Analyst to support the Behavioural Lead and wider Construction Strategy team in embedding collaborative behaviours across the Electricity Transmission contractor Partnerships.

This is a varied role combining analysis, coordination, and stakeholder support. You'll help plan and deliver workshops and events, manage behavioural data and surveys, and produce clear reports and dashboards that turn insight into action. Your work will support teams and partners to improve performance, drive behavioural change, and strengthen collaboration across the programme.
