We're working with a specialistSLD/PMLD school (Secondary) inLambeth that is urgently looking for confident, resilient Behaviour Support Workers to join their team.
If you have experience working with students with learning difficulties and complex needs and want to make a genuine impact, this is a fantastic opportunity where no two days are the same.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
Managing and de-escalating challenging behaviour
Working closely with teaching and pastoral teams
Helping students re-engage with education
What we need from you:
Experience with SEND, SEMH, youth work, or similar
Strong behaviour management skills
A calm, resilient, and proactive approach
