About the Role
Job Description
As an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner you’ll make a real difference in the lives of people living with disability by helping them and those around them. You will focus on enhancing quality of life, reducing behaviours of concern and promoting the rights of people with disability.
You will work as part of a team including practitioners, a team leader and clinical advisors, to support people with evidence-based practice along with developing your own knowledge, skills and experience.
You live in Chermside or a suburb very close to Chermside.
As a Behaviour Support Practitioner you will:
- Support our clients (NDIS participants), along with their families and/or carers, to identify their needs through assessment and person-centred planning
