Behaviour Support Assistant

Monarch Education are working in partnership with a client school in the Bury, area of Greater Manchester who are looking for a Behaviour Support Assistant to start ASAP . The school are a leading SEMH school which has been purpose built with state‑of‑the‑art facilities. It provides a safe learning environment for those with an autism spectrum condition (ASC), who also face other challenges such as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), dyslexia and attachment disorder (AD). They are dedicated to providing exceptional education and support to students facing social, emotional, and mental health challenges.

As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping students overcome behavioural challenges and develop essential life skills. You will work closely with experienced staff to create a positive and supportive learning environment that empowers pupils to succeed.
