Some children need a little extra support to feel safe, settled and ready to learn. That’s where you come in.

Protocol Education are working two schools in BS31 who are looking for a Behaviour Support Assistant to join them immediately to the end of the academic year. This role is all about bringing consistency, calm energy and a patient, nurturing approach to support pupils who may need a bit more structure, reassurance and guidance throughout their day.

You’ll be working closely with teachers and staff to help children regulate their emotions, manage behaviour, and engage fully in learning. Your role could include one-to-one support, small group interventions, and helping to embed positive routines and strategies that give every child the best chance to succeed.
