About the Role

A supportive alternative provision is looking to appoint a Behaviour Mentor to work closely with secondary-aged pupils who have experienced barriers to learning and may display challenging behaviours.


The Role:



  • Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis throughout the school day
  • Helping students develop positive coping strategies
  • Supporting emotional wellbeing and resilience
  • Encouraging participation within lessons
  • Working alongside safeguarding and pastoral teams
  • Promoting positive behaviour and attendance
