About the Role
A supportive alternative provision is looking to appoint a Behaviour Mentor to work closely with secondary-aged pupils who have experienced barriers to learning and may display challenging behaviours.
The Role:
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis throughout the school day
- Helping students develop positive coping strategies
- Supporting emotional wellbeing and resilience
- Encouraging participation within lessons
- Working alongside safeguarding and pastoral teams
- Promoting positive behaviour and attendance
