Milk Education are working with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in SE London that is looking to appoint a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support students both inside and outside of the classroom.

This rewarding Behaviour Mentor role is ideal for someone with experience supporting young people who may present with challenging behaviour, social, emotional and mental health needs, or barriers to learning. The successful Behaviour Mentor will work closely with pastoral teams, teaching staff and families to help students achieve positive outcomes academically, socially and emotionally.
