About the Role
ComPsych seeks qualified behavioral health clinicians to provide effective counseling services in our Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Deliver high-quality, ethical care to employees and their families through in-person sessions in your community.
This opportunity is ideal for licensed clinicians with a Master’s degree in behavioral health. You will engage in intake assessments and offer short-term solution-focused counseling for a variety of non-acute behavioral issues, such as workplace stress and anxiety. Documentation and adherence to regulatory standards are essential to ensuring continuity of care.
