What you will do

• Provide comprehensive technical assistance for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) systems, along with software and hardware components.
• Develop comprehensive training manuals and formulate other essential technical documents.
• Efficiently respond to queries through phone calls, instant messaging, or web tickets.
• Facilitate logging of tickets for incidents and service requests on behalf of IT users.
• Conduct technical training for IT users.
