About the Role
Brand Content (Self Video)
+ Work closely with Brand Manager & Assistant Brand Manager to define end-to-end content strategy aligned with global brand vision and local market dynamics
+ Collaborate & brief creative/social agencies for social first campaign ideas to deliver meaningful content at scale to enhance brand relevancy.
+ Embed social-first thinking across all campaigns, ensuring content is designed for E-commerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee, etc.)
+ Own creation of high-performing self-selling videos (short-form, native, creator-style content)
+ Work closely with Social & PR team, and Dcom KAM for content execution on platforms.

+ Build strategy to drive Affiliate Video from Top Tier / Mid tier/ Mass / Open plan creators to deliver GMV & ROAS target in Tiktokshop for Beauty & Wellbeing (Hair & Skin care)
+ Work with MCN (Eco, Melive and other top MCN in market) to execu...
