About the Role
Job Description
- Provide professional facial and body treatments according to company standards
- Conduct basic skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments or products
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of treatment rooms and equipment
- Deliver good customer service and maintain positive client relationships
- Handle customer enquiries and provide after-treatment care advice
- Support daily spa operations and other assigned duties
- Relevant experience in beauty or spa services is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Service-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Training will be provided for suitable candidates
