• Provide professional facial treatments and skincare services to customers
• Perform skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments based on customer needs
• Maintain high standards of service, hygiene, and treatment room cleanliness
• Follow BeautyFull Medispa’s standard treatment procedures and customer service flow
• Build good relationships with customers and ensure a positive treatment experience
• Follow up with customers for appointments, treatment progress, and repeat visits
• Support daily outlet operations and work closely with the branch team
• Achieve personal service and sales targets
