Beckley Chevrolet is building something special, and we are looking for a high-energy, results-driven BDC Agent to join our team. Under new leadership, the dealership has invested in better processes, better customer experiences, and a stronger culture—and we’re just getting started.

What You'll Do

• Respond quickly to internet leads and customer inquiries
• Answer inbound sales calls and messages
• Schedule appointments for our sales team
• Follow up with prospects via phone, text, and email
• Re-engage previous customers and unsold opportunities
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Help generate showroom traffic and sales opportunities
• Deliver a professional and exceptional customer experience
