In this role, you will:

• Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.


• Provides support and recommendations to Relationship Managers and employees filling Business Continuity roles based on BCM Policy, Guidelines, Mandate(s) and industry best practices.


• Complete health checks on plans in preparation for semi-annual reporting and ensure data fidelity to facilitate accurate reporting.


• May be required to provide 24/7 incident management On-Call support per schedule. Following up until issue/event is closed.


• Conducts initial checks on plans, in support of business continuity Plan Reviews in accordance with BCM requirements or as required.
