About the Role
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Senior Data Analyst to drive learner success through data-driven insights. In this role, you will lead the data strategy for the Career Services team, ensuring we accurately measure, track, and improve learner career readiness and employment outcomes.
This role will also move beyond retrospective reporting to predictive insights, data-driven learner interventions, and AI-enabled workflow optimization as we scale RISE operations. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of data, AI, and education. You may also have the opportunity to work with other teams on other data projects as we look to grow and scale our operations across RISE.
