Back then, they couldn’t afford new signage, so they kept the name above the door of an old East End café. Rosa’s Thai Café was reborn.

The role

We’re looking for a confident, hands‑on Head Chef to lead the kitchen.

You’ll take ownership of the food, the team, and the standards. Every dish, every service, every detail

• Lead the kitchen team through busy, high‑energy services
• Deliver every dish to spec—consistent, fresh, and full of flavour
• Train, coach and develop your team
