Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Business Development Managers to review MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings and specifications to determine the precise BAS scope of work.Utilize BidTracer and other estimating tools to prepare detailed cost breakdowns, including equipment counts, electrical installation, wiring, panel fabrication, and itemized labor/materials.Solicit and analyze pricing from subcontractors and vendors. Ensure proper coverage and competitive pricing from electrical and mechanical partners on bid day.Maintain professional and proactive communication with mechanical contractors and building owners to ensure our proposals are received, understood, and aligned with their needs.Support the sales team in creating high-quality technical proposals for sealed bid packages.
