POSITION SUMMARY: The bartender is responsible for preparing all cocktails and drinks and serving food and beverages for our guests in an efficient and courteous manner. This position reports to the General Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a company advocate and embody Pizzana’s values: excellent customer service, innovation, community, cleanliness, and a great place to work.
- Participate and excel in your dining room training as you learn our menu, beverage selection, FAQs, and all things Pizzana.
- Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes Pizzana culture.
- Prepare cocktails and drinks according to our recipes in a timely manner.
- Maintain the bar area, as it is usually visible to the guest.
