Bartender

Job Overview

We are looking for a professional and presentable Female Bartender with strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations.

Responsibilities

• Previous experience as a bartender in a bar, restaurant, lounge, or hospitality venue.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, beers, and cocktail preparation.
• Experience with draft beer systems and proper pouring techniques.
• Ability to prepare both classic and signature cocktails to a high standard.
• Excellent understanding of bar operations including opening and closing procedures, stock control and inventory management, receiving and organizing deliveries, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, bar setup and daily operations.
• Confident, energetic, and active behind the bar.
