Bartender

The
Blakeney Hotel is an award winning privately owned and family run 4-star hotel on the North
Norfolk Coast. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic applicants to join the Bar and Restaurant team.

Role of
the Bartender:

·         Welcoming guests, the bar person is often the first person our guests encounter as they enter the hotel.

·         Serving and advising customers on beverages and menu choices

·        
Regularly replenishing stocks and fridges, ensuring attention to stock rotation

·         Mixing and serving of Cocktails

·        
Cleaning of the bar area
