About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional customer service.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments when required.
- Maintain consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and portioning.
- Ensure the coffee bar, equipment, and workstations are clean, organised, and fully stocked.
- Perform daily opening, closing, and cleaning duties, including routine maintenance of coffee equipment.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory, replenishment, and stock rotation.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the front‑of‑house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service or café environment is preferred.
