Bar Manager - Enclave Bar

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Bar Manager – Enclave Bar to join the resort’s Food & Beverage team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and motivate the bar team to maintain high standards of service and positive morale.
• Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, ordering, receiving, and stock rotation to maintain optimal par levels and minimize waste.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Collaborate with the Beverage Manager to develop new cocktails and update beverage menus, ensuring alignment with current trends and guest preferences.
• Resolve escalated guest complaints promptly and effectively to uphold guest satisfaction and the establishment’s reputation.
