Accor is seeking an experienced Bar and Beverage Coordinator to oversee beverage operations and guest service in a luxury resort hospitality environment. This role combines inventory management, beverage quality control, and guest engagement to deliver premium bar service experiences.

• Manage daily beverage requisitions and maintain accurate stock records.
• Conduct daily, monthly, and quarterly inventory counts to control costs and minimize waste.
• Monitor beverage quality, presentation, and service standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Perform cashiering functions according to outlet policies and maintain financial accuracy.
• Maintain detailed daily logs, operational reports, and update departmental records.
• Report maintenance issues through HOTSOS and ensure timely resolution.
