The Banquet Server provides professional and attentive service to guests, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience in accordance with the outlet’s standards.
Responsibilities- Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly.
- Present menus, recommend dishes, and explain daily specials.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and ambiance.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests promptly.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards always.
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Banquet Supervisor, Assistant Banquet Manager or Director of Banquets.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a luxury brand.
- Outgoing personality with a can‑do approach to assigned tasks. <...
