Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests upon their arrival and assist them with their seating arrangements.
  • Assist managers and organizers with planning the layout and logistics of events.
  • Setup and manage Team Member shifts and timetables.
  • Develop and provide Team Members with the necessary training, including guest service and serving etiquette.
  • Manage the setup of events in coordination with the Director of Special Events.
  • Run the floor and coordinate the food and drink service by liaising with the kitchen and service staff.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of linen, supplies, equipment, and furniture.
  • Tend to guests' requests, questions, and complaints.
  • Ensure that the venue and facilities remain neat and clean.
  • Ensure that all applicable safety regulations are communicated and followed.
