The Opportunity

We are looking for a Bankruptcy/Creditors’ Rights Attorney with 6+ years of experience in the following areas:

Bankruptcy & Insolvency

• Represent creditors, creditors' committees, and financial institutions in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings.
• File and prosecute proofs of claim, motions for relief from the automatic stay, and objections to discharge or dischargeability.
• Advise creditor clients on protecting and maximizing recoveries in reorganization ...
