About the Role
An established, full‑service Scottish law firm is seeking a Banking Solicitor with 2+ years’ post‑qualification experience to join its growing Banking & Finance team in Glasgow. The team work across a broad range of finance matters, including corporate lending and security, acquisition and leveraged finance, real estate finance, and multi‑jurisdictional transactions.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, commercially focused practice, advising a diverse client base on a wide range of domestic and cross‑border finance transactions.
