This role is fully onsite at Montgomery Park in Baltimore, MD. Shift hours are Monday - Friday 10:00 AM- 6:30 PM/Completion.
Overview
Monitors established workflow and assists in production of work within assigned COE.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
Monitor work flow and serve as liaison between assigned COEs unit and management.
Provide training and coaching to assigned COE team on daily work functions and approve work of assigned team.
Complete quality assurance control reviews of team activities.
Identify and resolve problems within assigned COE team.
Assist with production work on an as needed basis.
Complete daily production reporting for assigned COE team and approve daily work.
Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to managem...
